The project
Lead capture and evaluation system for a credit institution. Includes a WhatsApp conversational AI agent, a credit calculator, and automated workflows feeding the Kommo CRM.
Architecture
PIN-protected Next.js portal, with workflows that connect the WhatsApp AI agent to the Kommo CRM. The Kommo integration runs through a custom-built MCP server (kommo-mcp), purpose-built to automate lead, pipeline, and task management from AI agents.
